This Sparkling Mango Raspberry Sangria Recipe is the best refreshing summer cocktail with delicious berry notes and a light honey flavor!
Sangria cocktail is pretty popular in many countries and especially in Portugal and Spain. There are many different recipes that you can try and enjoy during the hot sunny days. There are red sangria, white sangria, or sparkling wine sangria with different fruits and berries.
How Much Time Do I Need To Make This Sparkling Mango Raspberry Sangria?
After a hot day, you can make a delicious cocktail at home in 10 minutes. If it sounds good to you, let’s see what is inside the glass.
What Kind Of Ingredients In This Sangria?
Ice: you need to have some ice cubes in your freezer. In case you don’t have any types, that’s not a problem. You can skip the ice or if you have frozen berries, you can use them too.
Soda: I like to use lemon soda, because of its neutral taste. Also, if you find mango soda or even raspberry soda it will be even better. It will intensify the taste even more. (Buying and adding soda is optional in this white sangria)
Wine or substitutes: Ok, here we need to talk a little more. My family loves sparkling sangria, so I always make it with sparkling wine. In case you don’t have any bottle at home you can also make it with white wine.
Adding green wine is also a good option, it has a very fruity flavor and bubbles. So good!
And don’t forget to add soda. 😉
Berries: In my recipe, I used raspberries. Raspberry has a very nice and delicate taste which I really enjoy. They also look very cute in the glasses.
Feel free to choose any berries such as strawberries, blackberries, or blueberries.
Fruits:
This Sparkling Mango Raspberry Sangria features mango fruit, orange, apple, and cherries.
If you don’t have any fresh fruit, you can use frozen or just substitute with fruits that you have in your house.
Sweetener: I used honey. I don’t like to use sugar syrup, so I am skipping it as much as I can.
Can I Add Fresh Mango?
Yes, You can add fresh ripe mango, it will have a sweeter taste and smells so good!
Can I Make This White Sangria Beforehand?
Yes, you can make it prior before the party or any gatherings. You can make it even earlier in the day. Make sure to keep it in the fridge, so the cocktail is nice and refreshing.
How Many Servings From One Bottle?
You can serve this sangria recipe to 4 people.
Enjoy your Sparkling Mango Raspberry Sangria!
This cocktail is perfect for a summer party, birthday, or any fancy dinner when you want a fruity and delicate cocktail!
