Which drinks would you pair it with?

If you serve it for breakfast or brunch, I recommend to serve it with a cup of your favorite coffee or fresh orange juice.

If this Shrimp Omelette is part of the menu go with crisp white wine, such as Sauvignon Blanc or Encruzado.

Alternatively, I love to make a refreshing mimosa that complements the flavors of this dish beautifully.

How long can I store this recipe leftovers?

While best enjoyed fresh, you can store leftover Shrimp Omelette in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.

Simply reheat gently in a skillet or microwave before serving to preserve its delicious texture and flavor. Add some chopped spring onion after reheating.
