What herbs and spices pair well with sour cream?

Sour cream and honey pair well with a variety of herbs and spices. The common spices are black pepper, paprika, parsley, garlic, and chives.

How to check the turkey breast for doneness?

You can use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature, which should reach 165°F (75°C) in the thickest part of the breast.

What to do if you overcook turkey breast?

Once the turkey breast is fully cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This resting period allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful turkey breast.

While you bake the turkey breast for 1 hour, you have enough time to make a side dish that goes well with the meat.

Meanwhile, you can make a side dish such as Simple Boiled Red Potatoes. Or, you can serve this delicious Honey Baked Turkey Breast with Vegetable Ragout.
