Can I Use Other Types Of Oil?
Yes, you can use avocado oil or canola oil. If you have a delicious sunflower oil, you can use it, too. But, if you want to make it healthier, it is better to serve with olive oil.
Personally, I like to use extra virgin olive oil, it is very healthy for the body and it gives such an amazing taste for the potatoes.
How Long To Cook Them?
The cooking time of potatoes can vary depending on their size. I used small potatoes so it took around 17-20 minutes. If you have bigger potatoes the cooking time will increase until 25 minutes.
And if you have large potatoes try to cook them longer, until they become tender. Approximately it will take around 30-35 minutes. You can check it with the knife. Simply prickle one potato, and if it goes easily to the center of the potato, it is done.
Can I Take White Potatoes?
Yes, if you have white potatoes you can also cook them. Every type of potato is different, so it may take a different time for cooking.
Can I Use Other Greens?
Yes, you can substitute green onion with fresh dill or parsley.
How Long Can I Store In The Fridge?
You can keep potatoes in an airtight container for up to two days.
