Can I make this recipe part of a menu?

Absolutely! My Mediterranean Cucumber Radish Salad pairs well with various dishes, making it a great addition to any menu.

For an appetizer, serve my delicious Shrimp in Garlic Sauce, Spicy Salmon Tartare, or Tuna Carpaccio.

For dessert, go with my favorite Raspberry Pavlova or Chocolate Raspberry Tart. So good!

Which drinks would you pair it with?

For a refreshing beverage to complement the crispness of the salad, consider serving it with a chilled glass of white wine, such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio.

As another option, a glass of sparkling water infused with lemon or cucumber makes for a refreshing non-alcoholic addition.

How long can I store this recipe leftovers?

While it’s best to enjoy this salad fresh, you can store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Please keep in mind that the vegetables may release some moisture over time, so give the salad a quick toss before serving again.

Recipe tips & tricks

  • For an extra burst of flavor, try adding fresh herbs such as dill or parsley to the salad.
  • If you prefer a vegan option, you can substitute the Greek yogurt with a dairy-free alternative such as coconut or almond yogurt.
