      Prepare ingredients

      Wash tomatoes thoroughly. Slice pink tomato and cherry tomatoes.

      Thinly slice green onion and chop parsley. Place tomatoes on a serving plate. Add sliced onion and parsley on top of the tomatoes.

      Make dressing

      Whisk together the extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar to make the dressing. Add some salt and pepper and 1/2 cup of olives. Mix together.

      Pour the dressing with olives over the tomatoes.
