About recipe

This Kiwifruit Cheesecake recipe does not require many ingredients, and you can get all of them pretty cheap. And despite being a low-carb meal, it has high satisfaction rate that is hard to beat!

Put a Twist On It

When you go out and order a cheesecaks in a restaurant, most of the time they serve you strawberry or berry cheesecake. Why do you think? Please leave me a comment with your guess. And even though it is super tasty most of the times, you are kind of stuck with the same flavor most of the times.

Me, I do love making strawberry or peach cheesecakes, but this time let’s put a twist on it. Let us make a cheesecake recipe that has a unique flavor and that you won’t try anywhere else. If you know a place that serves kiwifruit cheesecake, please let me know. And because this recipe uses the same techniques that I normally use for other cheesecakes, this kiwifruit cheesecake recipe is bulletproof.

In addition, there are a few different ways you can serve it. Of course, there is a traditional way. But if you’d like to really surprise your besties – serve it in small jars, cupcake bites or martini glasses… because you do not need to spend a lot of money to make something extraordinary!
