To complement the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean Shrimp Lettuce Wraps, consider serving refreshing beverages that enhance the dining experience.
Crisp white wines like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio provide a refreshing contrast to the shrimp and lettuce.
For a non-alcoholic option, choose a sparkling water infused with citrus or cucumber.
And of course, don’t forget the classic pairing of Mediterranean cuisine – a chilled glass of ouzo.
How Long Can I Store the Leftovers?
While these lettuce wraps are best enjoyed fresh, you can store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
Store the shrimp separately from the lettuce leaves and toppings.
When ready to enjoy, simply reheat the shrimp in a skillet or microwave until warmed through, then assemble your lettuce wraps with fresh toppings for a quick and satisfying meal.
Recipe Tips & Tricks
For extra crispy shrimp, ensure they are patted dry before coating in the egg and flour mixture.
Serve the lettuce wraps immediately after assembly to preserve their crispness and freshness.
Try adding diced avocado, crumbled feta cheese, or a drizzle of balsamic glaze for extra flavor and flair.
Enjoy these mouthwatering and healthy Mediterranean Shrimp Lettuce Wraps! They are so juicy and easy to make!
